1. Free Returns & Exchanges for Domestic Orders

How to Apply:
Submit a request through our online returns portal on the "Shipping & Returns" page of our website. We’ll instantly generate a prepaid return label, allowing you to ship items back at no cost.

Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the delivery date (as verified by the carrier’s delivery record) to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached (including size tags and care labels).

  • Accessories and gifts must be returned with the main item; otherwise, your request may be affected.

2. Processing Times & Procedures

Return Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (processing times may vary by bank or payment provider).

Exchange Service:
If you need to exchange sizes, select the "Exchange" option when submitting your request. Once your returned item arrives at our SHAFITS return warehouse, we will process and reship your order within 5–7 business days.
